JOURN 252 - Editing and Layout

This course focuses on print and online newspaper copy editing, reporting/writing, rewriting, headline writing, basic layout and design principles, and media ethics. Students will work on improving skills in grammar, punctuation, spelling, Associated Press style writing, news judgment, accuracy, and audience engagement.
