LAW 220 - Criminal Law & Litigation

Prerequisites: LAW 151  and LAW 205

This course is designed to provide an in-depth analysis in the pre-trial, trial and post-trial procedures involved in a typical criminal litigation. This will be done by studying the constitutional safeguards and procedures necessary from arrest through trial and sentencing. Also, this course will examine substantive elements of crimes and defenses.
